There are several ways you can book your first appointment with Anchored Connections:
If you would like to ensure that services will be a good fit for your needs, please feel free to request a brief telephone consultation.
After booking your first appointment you will receive an email confirming our first appointment. In this email you will also receive corresponding documents and consent forms. Please take some time to review, fill out, and return this documentation before your appointment.
We will review these documents during the first sessions and go over any question or concerns you may have.
Your first appointment gives you an opportunity to get to know and build rapport with your therapist. We will begin by getting to know you and identifying your areas of concerns and your goals. This is done to create an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to your needs to get you started on your journey to healing.
By the end of this appointment, you should feel valued, respected, heard and understood.
You will also have a sense of your treatment options including therapeutic goals, type of therapy, frequency and duration of appointments, and have your questions answered.
Are dedicated to serving clients across Nova Scotia, through telehealth virtual services.
